Office Administrator

As Front Office Administrator, you are the first face visitors and employees see when entering AALCO.   Your position requires customer service, communication and problem solving.  In this role, you will provide admin support to our office, sales and warehouse staff through a variety of different tasks.  As Front Office Administrator you will be a source of knowledge to our team, visitors and customers. 

  • Answer and direct phone calls, including inputting phone orders  
  • Assist and communicate with sales, warehouse and office teams
  • Use route accounting software (VIP) on a daily basis as well as Microsoft programs. 
  • Review orders to insure accuracy and stay knowledgeable of our beverage portfolio's pricing 
  • Use customer service skills to comminute with customers and public inquires
  • End of day driver route reconciliation (Route Tie Out)
